Time: 06:30:00 to 07:15:00 Location: Roker Beach PhiT Boot Camp PhiT Boot Camp is a 45 minute exercise class that meets four times a week at Raich Carter Sports Centre and Roker Beach. It is a multi level class that is specifically designed to increase metabolism, burn calories, melt fat, increase muscle tone and ultimately completely reshape your body. at Raich Carter 7.00—7.55pm 6.30—7.15am at Roker Beach 6.00—6.45pm 8.00—8.45am Venue: Raich Carter Sports Centre, Commercial Road, Hendon, SR2 8PD Roker Beach, meet at old bus shelter, opposite Marriot Hotel Interested in making some changes? The PhiT Boot Camp sessions are £5.00 per session or commit to four sessions and pay £10.00 for all four, that’s £2.50 per session!
