It is a multi level class that is specifically designed to increase metabolism, burn calories, melt fat, increase muscle tone and ultimately completely reshape your body. at Raich Carter 7.00—7.55pm 6.30—7.15am at Roker Beach 6.00—6.45pm 8.00—8.45am Venue: Raich Carter Sports Centre, Commercial Road, Hendon, SR2 8PD Roker Beach, meet at old bus shelter, opposite Marriot Hotel Interested in making some changes?
