Time: 06:30:00 to 07:15:00 Location: Roker Beach PhiT Boot Camp PhiT Boot Camp is a 45 minute exercise class that meets four times a week at Raich Carter Sports Centre and Roker Beach. It is a multi level class that is specifically designed to increase metabolism, burn calories, melt fat, increase muscle tone and ultimately completely reshape your body. at Raich Carter 7.00—7.55pm 6.30—7.15am at Roker Beach 6.00—6.45pm 8.00—8.45am Venue: Raich Carter Sports Centre, Commercial Road, Hendon, SR2 8PD Roker Beach, meet at old bus shelter, opposite Marriot Hotel Interested in making some changes? Starting the 26th June and repeating every Saturday at 9am, and Sunday at 8am, the bootcamp provides a fun and practical workout designed for all ages and abilities.
